Coastal Organizing Services, offers residential & business office organization services. We can organize  every room in your home or business. We can do this onsite with you or virtually, providing guidance to you as you do the work. We also offer Home Staging to prepare your house for sale and Residential Move Services. We are located in Newburyport MA, and service communities in Greater Boston, West & North as well as Southern NH

We start with an initial 15 minute phone consult, to discuss your goals and problem areas. If you decide to move forward we will schedule a free 30 minute virtual or in person consultation to assess the scope of the project and discuss how best to prepare for our first working session.  We will begin the onsite session working together to determine which items you no longer use, need or love. You make the decision we will provide guidance to help you along the way.   Next we will set about organizing what remains adding function and beauty to the space.  We will suggest products that will enhance the space and help you to keep the order maintained. We will leave with the items to be donated and deliver them to a local charity as part of the service. 

We work on an hourly basis, with a 3 hour minimum for in home services, a 4 hour minimum for onsite office sessions, and a 1 hour minimum for virtual services. Our fee is $75/hour.  We offer price breaks for purchasing packages. A 10-hour package is $700.00 and a 20-hour package is $1300.  The hourly rate includes travel time to your home of up to 30 minutes each way. The fee also includes 1 trip to the donation center for anything that can fit into an SUV. I pass on any trade discounts to the client for organization products needed for the project.

Yes, we offer consultations,  that will provide recommendations of where to start and a process to follow to get you to your desired outcome.  

Staying in a constant state of organization is hard.  We will use labels and organizing products to help you and everyone in your family to know the correct place for everything so everything stays in its place. But even the with the best of intentions, things can get out of hand. We can schedule a reset service to get things back in order quickly.   

We can work with or without you. Though if there are a lot of personal items that need to be sorted into keep or discard categories, we will need your input. Once that is done you can leave us to do the magic and return to a beautiful space.
